SwellPro FD2 Advanced Fishing Drone with 4K Camera, GPS & Dual Bait Release

Discover the SwellPro Fisherman MAX FD2 Advanced, a powerful IP67 waterproof fishing drone featuring a 4K gimbal camera, 5-inch colour display controller and dual bait release system. Designed for serious coastal anglers, the FD2 combines heavy-lift capability, GPS-assisted flight and live aerial viewing in a specialist fishing platform.

SwellPro Fisherman MAX FD2 Advanced – Take Your Fishing Further

Explore a new approach to coastal and offshore fishing with the SwellPro Fisherman MAX FD2 Advanced, a premium waterproof fishing drone combining heavy-duty bait carrying capability with an integrated 4K camera system.

Purpose-built for demanding marine environments, the Fisherman MAX FD2 helps anglers observe fishing locations, monitor their drone's position and transport heavy fishing rigs during authorised operations.

Unlike an ordinary camera drone, the FD2 Advanced is engineered around the practical requirements of marine fishing.

Heavy-Lift Fishing Drone with Dual Bait Release

The FD2 is designed for carrying substantial fishing payloads. SwellPro UK publishes a recommended bait capacity of 3.2kg (7lb), while the manufacturer's technical documentation specifies a maximum of 3.5kg.

This makes the Fisherman MAX suitable for heavy fishing rigs and bait delivery requirements, subject to environmental conditions and local aviation regulations.

The included dual payload release system provides controlled release functionality for authorised operations.

4K Gimbal Camera for Aerial Viewing

The FD2 Advanced includes the SwellPro GC1-M 4K camera, equipped with a Sony IMX377 image sensor and single-axis stabilised gimbal.

Capture 4K video at 30fps, observe coastal features and enjoy a clear aerial perspective of the surrounding water.

The adjustable camera tilt enables downward viewing while navigating above the water.

Advanced Remote Controller with 5-Inch Colour Display

The included R02 Advanced remote controller features a built-in 5-inch colour LCD screen.

Live video monitoring and essential flight information are available directly on the controller, without requiring a separate smartphone display.

IP67 Waterproof Design for Marine Environments

The Fisherman MAX FD2 features an IP67 waterproof aircraft designed to withstand wet and saltwater environments.

Its foldable design makes transportation and storage more convenient, while the supplied flotation attachment system supports water landing and recovery when correctly installed and conditions permit.

The remote controller has a separate IP54 splash-resistant rating.

GPS-Assisted Flight and Intelligent Functions

GPS and Galileo satellite positioning support stable hovering and controlled navigation.

Compatible flight functions include Return-to-Home and app-assisted waypoint navigation, subject to software compatibility, operating conditions and aviation rules.
